When I heard that H2O Audio had developed a pair of headphones with Zwift, I was immediately intrigued. An over-ear model that's fully waterproof and has noise canceling? It sounded almost too good to be true. Especially since I always rode with AirPods Pro, but after a winter of Zwift races, my right AirPod, in particular, started acting up. Time for something new.
I decided to order the RIPT Ultra and have since completed a few indoor sessions. My first impressions? Comfortable, sturdy, and most importantly: the sound is surprisingly full and clearEven when I completely destroy myself, it stays put. No rattling or shifting, and I never have to worry about sweat or a drop of water ruining it.
It is of course a bit warmer than normal, luckily I can replace and rinse the over-ear pads.

What I personally find most powerful about these headphones is the noise canceling. You truly shut out the world for a moment.
